When we train a dog, we want our owners to succeed easily. This is why we offer a lifetime follow up guarantee. What this means is that for the life of the dog you will have our support at no extra charge. We will probably start off with a phone consultation. Many times, we can brainstorm over the phone to resolve the problem. If the issue needs one on one personal attention, we will schedule an appointment for a personal session at no charge. At that time, I will assess the behavior and may decide to admit the dog back into the training facility for further training at no extra charge.
